The early years for the flamboyant Kenneth Tong were ones of regular relocation around the world thanks to his family’s hugely successful business operations. Following in his grandfathers footsteps, Kenneth has gone on to prove his own worth in the business world achieving “Ultra High Net Worth” status along the way.

Born in Toronto, Kenneth was soon relocating to Hong Kong for school before moving on to New York and Edinburgh where he spent 6 years at Edinburgh University, tackling Economics, Politics, Business Studies and Law, in which he graduated with a 2:1.

In 2009, Kenneth was invited to enter the house on Day 44, subsequently the day his then girlfriend Karly Ashworth was evicted, providing an interesting switch in the dynamics of the house. Incidentally, this proved to be the only time in 10 years that such an invitation had been made by Channel 4.

He was often at the centre of controversy with numerous news outlets choosing to focus on his flirtatious antics with eventual winner, Sophie Reade. After just 6 days Kenneth made a somewhat unorthodox exit from the house, via the rooftop in the Big Brother garden, to a barrage of media request just a day later.
