Su-Elise Nash open's second very own performing arts school

After worldwide success as a part of chart topping girl group Mis-Teeq, Su-Elise Nash is about to open her very own performing arts school in Dulwich, South London!

The school will open its doors on Saturday 31st October where principle Su-Elise will be joined by former Mis-Teeq band member and friend, and most recently Strictly Come Dancing judge Alesha Dixon to cut the ribbon at 10am.

The Su-Elise Stage School will be situated at Dulwich College Sports Club and will offer lessons in Street Jazz, Vocal Training, Acting, Classical Ballet, Modern and Tap Dance. Students of all levels can enroll and try classes free on the launch day where they will be taught by Su-Elise herself.

Since the massive global success of Mis-Teeq, this sassy, platinum album-selling songstress has gained her I.S.T.D professional dance teaching qualifications. Having already won many prestigious music awards (Mobo’s, Capital FM Awards, UK Garage Awards, Maxim Woman of the Year Award and many more…) and performed at the Brit Awards and The Queen’s Jubilee Concert. Su-Elise now wants to share the secrets to her success in the highly competitive entertainment industry with South London’s youth.

With brains and beauty this ambitious 28 year old, who before joining Mis-Teeq studied for a Business degree at Middlesex University, has set her sights on creating the star‘s of tomorrow. The rest of 2009 is shaping up to be a very busy time indeed for this young entrepreneur. Principal Su-Elise will also be offering Masterclass workshops from top U.K artists & choreographers.

“I had a fantastic time at stage school when I was a kid, and I’d always wanted to open a school of my own. I opened my first school in Kent in 2007 but this new school in Dulwich is a dream come true for me because I grew up in this area. I’m so excited to be going back to my roots! If you want to become a professional, come and be taught by professionals.” Su-Elise says.
