Media Management
Pre-event publicity, event announcement and listing, generation of profile pieces on the event, collaborate with media partners, respond to media enquiries, photo-call invites for press, manage press at the event, co-ordinate red carpet press areas both inside and outside, secure attendance of high profile photographers, prepare a cuttings report after the event.
 
Celebrity Guest list
Targeting celebrity personalities in TV, fashion, film, music, and society to attend events raising public awareness of the client, brand or launch. Jonathan Lipman can investigate high profile international stars, who may be in town and would support the event by attending as well as tailoring a guest list from their extensive database of celebrity contacts.

Production Management and Design
The team will manage all production elements including format of the event, venue research, venue booking, creative design, lighting design, sound equipment, catering, drinks sponsorship, invitation and ticket design, invitation and RSVP management, seating/table allocations, security, liaising with the police and council.
 
Sponsorship
Securing financial and contra-deal sponsorship, drink sponsorship and luxury items for gift bags.
